pastor Anatoly Yankov

pastor Anatoly Yankov
was born in Svishtov in 1970.
A former sportsman and judo coach,

he received Jesus Christ as his personal Savior in 1991.
On January 14, 1995 he married Dessislava Dimirtova Tulinova who comes from the town of Zlatitsa. On October 1, 1995 pastor Anatoly and Dessy undertook the church in the town of Varbitsa where they served till March 1998. Meanwhile, in 1997, their son Yoan was born (and now they are expecting their second child in 2003). Next they pastored the church in the town of Troyan for about 2 years where the couple were confronted with a lot of contradictions on the part of the church board and went through an arduous time which called for their return to Svishtov in the summer of 2000. Throughout the ensuing year they recuperated in the church without taking any position.

On May 19, 2001 they agreed to pastor the church in Svishtov after being touched by God during the flow of the "River" at a conference with pastor Trevor Baker in the city of Plovdiv. The church in Svishtov is young and numbers 50 at the moment. Today their heartfelt desire is for the church to go deeper and deeper into the River of the Holy Spirit and for each believer to enter the intimate presence of God.
